Welcome, friends of Australian dairy farmers!!!!
This boycott started on Wednesday night from a conversation with a man who grew up in the LAKES DISTRICT. He grew up on a farm
Like untold millions of people throughout history, he drank pure, rich, unprocessed
and warm milk as a young 'un. No legally enforced pasteurization (sterilisation) back then. No homogenization (reduction of fat globules). As a Polish man said years ago, consuming lots of pure milk (often with Northern European kefir yoghurt) didn't cause his townspeople any harm or illness. Today, milk has lost most natural goodness. Raw Milk is processed and reprocessed ad nauseam.
New dairy products are created and supermarket dairy aisles give endless choice. As the Lakes District man says, supermarkets squeeze dairy farmers continually. The consumer may think he or she wins. But the dairy merry-go-round is a NO-WIN GAME - except for the short-term aims of big sharerholders of massive supermarket chains.
What is a supermarket?
Let's start with Wikipedia
A supermarket, a large form of the traditional grocery store, is a self-service shop offering a wide variety of food and household products, organized into aisles. It is larger in size and has a wider selection than a traditional grocery store, but is smaller and more limited in the range of merchandise than a hypermarket or big-box market.
- American spelling: end in -zation eg pasteurization, organization
- British and Australian spelling: words end in -sation eg homogenisation, pasteurisation, organisation.
